What a recruitment corrigendum changes
हिन्दीUnderstand a correction or addendum without mixing it with a different recruitment notice.
Match the notice before reading the change
A corrigendum corrects or changes an earlier notice. Start by matching the recruiting organisation, advertisement number, post and recruitment cycle. A change published for another recruitment is not an extension or correction for yours.
Read what the authority changed and what it left unchanged. A document may alter a date, qualification, vacancy breakdown or application instruction while leaving the rest of the original notice in force. Keep both the original notice and the correction together.
Check the effect on your application
If a qualification or category condition changes, reread the exact clause and relevant cut-off date. If vacancies change, compare the post and category breakdown rather than only the new total. When a deadline moves, check whether the fee or correction window also moves.
An updated public notice does not automatically change a form you already submitted. Follow any instruction for existing applicants, reapplication, correction or refund on the authority portal. Keep acknowledgements and messages you receive in your private records.
Adjust your next step
Update your Board task and preparation schedule when the change affects you. A postponed examination can change revision time without changing eligibility. A newly announced stage needs its own documents and dates.
Setu keeps recruitment details and dates together so you can revisit the opportunity. The authority’s current instruction controls the application. Reading a summary is a starting point for understanding the change, not a substitute for an instruction that applies to your form.
