Read a recruitment notice before you apply
हिन्दीFind the post, qualification, age cut-off, fee, selection stages and closing date without missing the conditions that apply to you.
Start with the exact post
A recruitment notice may cover several posts, locations or categories. Match the post name and advertisement number before comparing qualifications or fees. Read the detailed notice, its annexures and any later corrigendum together; a short headline rarely contains every condition.
Keep a copy of the notice you used and the date you read it. If an authority changes a deadline, vacancy count or selection stage, use the latest instruction that applies to that same recruitment. A notice for a previous year is useful for preparation, but it does not define the current application.
Check your eligibility at the cut-off date
Look for the required qualification, recognised institution, subjects, experience and the date by which those conditions must be met. Read the age cut-off and category-specific relaxations separately. Being in your final semester or having a similar degree does not automatically satisfy a requirement.
A qualification filter helps you find possibilities; it cannot replace post-specific eligibility. Check whether a certificate must be issued before a stated date and whether the notice requires a particular format, registration or category document.
Separate the dates
Application closing, fee payment, correction window, examination and document verification are different milestones. Note the date and time, and keep the application acknowledgement. An exam date is not the deadline to apply.
- Confirm the post and advertisement number.
- Read qualification, age and document conditions.
- Record application and fee deadlines separately.
- Keep the submitted form, acknowledgement and notice together.
