Source-backed change enters Setu
A notice, corrigendum, date, or status change is captured with its source and update time.

The planned service compares that change with the region, frequency, and alert tier requested by the subscriber.

What registration does today
The registration form stores your email and the requested tier, region, and frequency in the existing Kariant Admin subscriber book. It does not promise that messages are already being sent.
Signed-in users receive their Kariant account email as the starting value. You can enter a different valid email. A later production launch must provide working delivery preferences and unsubscribe controls.
