Referral Policy

When a fellow government examination aspirant joins Skollar Setu through your verified referral link, you earn 1 Sikka / Koin. The credit is posted automatically to your platform wallet once their registration is verified — there are zero codes to enter or manual forms to claim.

Koins/Sikka are closed-loop educational utility credits. On Skollar Setu, you can redeem your earned Koins to unlock premium full-length Computer Based Test (CBT) mock tests, advanced speed-accuracy diagnostic reports, and detailed bilingual answer key evaluations across UPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, and State PSC streams.

Koins earned on Skollar Setu hold zero monetary cash surrender value, cannot be converted into cash, and are non-transferable between accounts under our virtual economy rules.

• One credit per aspirant lifetime: An aspirant can only be referred once in their lifetime on the Skollar platform. If an aspirant receives referral links from multiple friends, study group members, or mentors, the first referrer whose link is utilized to register wins the credit. Subsequent links will have no effect.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited: You cannot refer yourself, create secondary alternate accounts, or register using disposable temporary email addresses.
• Affirmative registration required: Referral credits attach exclusively to completed account registrations. Clicks on links or passive visits to vacancy pages without account creation earn zero credits.

The Refer & Earn portal allows you to invite candidates from your study groups or library circles via email and messaging relays. To maintain an educational, spam-free environment:

• You may send invitations to a maximum of 10 recipients per batch and 30 recipients per calendar day.
• Single Invitation Rule: Each email address or contact can receive only one invitation from your account, ever. Once an invitation is dispatched, our system prevents duplicate sends to that recipient on your behalf.
• Standardized Statutory Template: Invitations are transmitted using a verified, pre-approved platform template describing Skollar Setu's free vacancy matching and mock test features. Free-form text fields are excluded to prevent misleading claims or unauthorized promises.

Referral rewards exist to appreciate organic word-of-mouth recommendations among serious aspirants. We employ automated fraud detection algorithms and will immediately claw back credits and suspend referral privileges for:

• Creation of fake, duplicate, bot-generated, or temporary throwaway accounts to artificially harvest referral Koins.
• Self-referral schemes, including operating multiple accounts controlled by the same candidate or device fingerprint.
• Misleading promotional representations — including falsely advertising that joining Skollar guarantees selection in UPSC, SSC, or any government commission.
• Posting referral links on public grievance forums, official government commission social media handles, or unsolicited mass email blasts.

Where referral registrations are determined to be fraudulent, associated Koins are instantly reversed from the referrer's wallet balance. Egregious or persistent violations may result in permanent termination of platform access.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023:

• Contact details submitted by you to dispatch referral invitations are processed solely for transmitting the requested one-time invitation.
• We never add recipient email addresses to commercial marketing mailing lists or share recipient contacts with third-party coaching institutes.
• If an invited recipient does not register within 30 days, their transient invitation routing record is automatically purged from active queues.

You can inspect your active referral count, successfully joined peers, and credited Koins at any time on your Refer & Earn dashboard. All credited Koins are permanently recorded with verifiable transaction timestamps in your Koin ledger on My Koins, and included in your official DPDP data download on My Data.

Skollar Setu reserves the right to modify referral reward allocations, daily invitation caps, or discontinue the referral programme upon reasonable notice. Any updates become effective immediately upon publication to this page and will not affect Koins already legitimately earned and credited to your wallet.
