Plan around application and exam dates
हिन्दीSeparate application deadlines, fees, corrections, admit cards and exam days in one practical schedule.
Build a timeline for each application
Start with the application opening and closing dates, then add the fee deadline and correction window when the notice gives them. Add the exam and admit-card dates separately. Some dates are tentative or not announced; keep that distinction rather than guessing a day.
Calendar can show recorded milestones across recruitments. Board is useful for the work that belongs to you: choosing a post, preparing documents, finishing the form and keeping an acknowledgement. A deadline reminder is a prompt to act, not evidence that an application was submitted.
Give yourself time before the last day
Work backward from the closing date. Allow time for a missing certificate, a file that needs resizing, a portal outage or a payment that remains pending. Do not treat your own plan as an extension of the official deadline.
Before payment, check the fee category and payment status in the recruiting portal. Keep a receipt and the application number privately. If the authority extends a date or postpones an exam, update your preparation plan and read whether other milestones also changed.
Balance several exams
Compare the syllabus and exam stages before booking your preparation time. Shared topics can reduce repeated study, but separate exam formats and document rules still need attention. Add time for revision and a timed practice attempt instead of filling every day with new topics.

Search Calendar, open the related vacancy and keep the next application task on Skollar Board. A recorded date remains useful whether or not you sign in. Saving a personal plan and reminders belongs to your own account.
