Keep application documents ready
हिन्दीOrganise originals, resized copies and application receipts so each form gets the file it asks for.
Keep originals and upload copies separate
Save the original photo, signature and certificate before changing a file. Create a separate upload copy for each form, and name it with the recruitment or purpose. This keeps a compressed copy from replacing the original you may need later.
Read the form’s current file specification before editing: accepted format, file size, width, height, page count and any rule about background, date or signature ink. These requirements can differ between applications. A passport-sized photo label does not define one universal pixel size.
Inspect the file after resizing
Open the finished file and check the face, signature, seal, text and page order at a readable size. Compression can make a certificate hard to read. Recheck the file size and format after export. Do not alter certificate details, signatures or identity information.
A form may require a live photograph or a specific capture process. Follow that form’s instruction rather than uploading a stored photo merely because it is available. A successfully uploaded file can still be rejected if its content does not meet the notice.
Protect documents and receipts
Keep personal certificates in a private folder. Share only the file the recipient needs, and avoid putting identity documents in a public note or social post. Store application acknowledgements and payment receipts with the recruitment so you can retrieve them later.
- Read the current upload specification.
- Keep the original file.
- Create and inspect an upload copy.
- Save the acknowledgement after submitting.
Prepare files with Setu
Skollar Docs helps you resize application photos and signatures. Use your own private Kloud files where available, and keep application notes on Board. The recruiting portal controls acceptance and submission; preparing a file in Setu does not submit the form.
