Understand qualification and age cut-off dates
हिन्दीCheck which date applies to your age, degree, experience and certificates before you apply.
One application can contain several cut-off dates
An application deadline is not always the date used to calculate eligibility. A notice may state a separate age cut-off, qualification date, experience period or certificate requirement. Read each condition as written and keep its relevant date beside it.
Do not assume that completing a course after applying will satisfy a qualification required earlier. Similarly, your age today may not be the age the authority uses for that recruitment. A calculator needs the exact reference date and rule from the notice to produce a useful result.
Read degree requirements precisely
A general graduate requirement differs from a named professional degree, trade or subject combination. Recognition, minimum marks, registration, experience and equivalence can also be relevant. A search filter can help find opportunities; it does not establish equivalence or approval for your qualification.
Read category conditions together
If you intend to rely on a relaxation or reservation condition, read the applicable category, required certificate, format and date. Different posts or recruitment cycles can use different instructions. Do not copy a condition from another recruitment without checking the current notice.
Keep the decision and documents together
Record the specific condition you compared in a Board note and keep the notice identifier. Prepare the supporting documents with Docs, retain originals in Kloud, and follow the application date in Calendar. If a notice does not answer a material eligibility question, use the authority’s stated contact or clarification process rather than assuming the answer.
