The Skollar Setu Statutory Consent Notice

Skollar Setu (setu.skollar.club) provides government-exam opportunity and preparation tools through your shared Kariant account. We use account and preparation data for the features you request, security, service communications, and the optional choices recorded below. The applicable purpose and legal basis may also include fulfilling a requested service or a legal obligation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What We Process and the Specific Educational Purpose

• Aspirant Profile & Quota Data: Your name, educational degrees, date of birth, category quota (UR, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, EWS, PwD), and state domicile — processed to compare your profile with requirements recorded in available notices.
• Mock Test and Practice Activity: Submitted answers, scores, timing and section details available for a test, processed to show your results and organize study priorities. Cohort comparisons appear only when sufficient measured data exists.
• Updates and Tracked Exams: Exams and opportunities you choose to follow, processed to provide requested reminders and available updates. The recruiting authority's notice remains controlling.
• Kloud Files: Photos, signatures, admit cards, certificates, and other files you explicitly save to the shared Skollar Kloud account, protected by the cloud storage and account-access controls described in the Privacy Policy.

Optional Purposes — Always Strictly Your Choice

• Study Personalization: Using your saved preparation activity and preferences to order available material, suggest next steps, and personalize your study view.
• Cross-Exam Analytics: Combining the supported performance records you choose to share across exam contexts into a private preparation summary.
• Optional Updates: Receiving product or exam-related updates through the channels you enable, subject to the separate transactional and marketing choices shown here.

Opting out of any of these optional choices will never block or restrict access to core free mock tests or vacancy searches.

Your DPDP Act 2023 Statutory Rights

• Access and Export: Request the currently supported Setu-scoped export from My Data as JSON or a password-protected PDF summary. That page identifies scan limits and records handled by separate shared-product or retention processes.
• Correction & Profile Updates: Edit personal details, quota categories, or attempt counts directly in your profile settings.
• Withdrawal and Erasure: Change optional consent choices above, or submit a Setu erasure request with the current seven-day cancellation window on My Data. The page explains blockers and excluded or retained record classes before submission.
• Grievance Redressal: Raise any privacy concern directly with our Grievance Officer at grievance@skollar.club, with statutory escalation available to the Data Protection Board of India.

Data Fiduciary Identity & Integrity Standards

Skollar Setu is operated by Kariant Platform. The service records the consent version and timestamped changes needed to apply and audit your choices. The Setu experience is intended for adults; child and guardian experiences use separate product and consent boundaries.
